Personal Shopping

Personal shopping appointments can be postponed up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to start. A future date can be re-scheduled, although payments cannot be refunded on the day of the meeting.

If your stylist is required to shop without a client present, all funds required to cover the budget must be paid in advance or if client is buying items on the Internet card details must be given.

Your stylist will be happy to return any unwanted and unworn clothing with receipt for a pre-agreed hourly fee and subject to refunds being available. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or cheque on the day.

Your stylist reserves the rights to charge mileage outside of the M25.

Wardrobe Styling

Wardrobe styling appointments can be postponed up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to start, A future date can be rescheduled, although payments cannot be refunded. Payment is required upfront, in full to secure your preferred date. If your stylist is required to shop without a client present, all funds required to cover the budget must be paid in advance or if client is buying items on the Internet card details must be given.

Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are additional and are charged to you based on prices we obtain from Fed Ex or DHL. Where your item requires export licenses, such as in the case of exotic skin bag, the cost of obtaining the license is also additional.

Please also note that shipping of exotic skin items require CITES shipping certificate and the application for this will take 10 to 15 days.

You can pay by BACS transfer and this can be arranged with your bank directly.

We take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

Also note we will only ship to billing addresses if purchased on credit card.

Customs, Duties and Tax

Recipients of deliveries made outside of the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the goods reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as custom policies and import duty vary from country to country.

Exchange and Returns

Send the item back to us within 5 days unused, designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damages or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

In the case of returns, whether you will receive a full refund or a credit note from us will depend on the returns policy of the store the item was originally bought from.

Please Note: Christian Louboutin, Hermes, exotic skin purchases, leather clothing and jewellery are both non-refundable and not eligible for exchange once a deposit or the full payment has been made. This does not, however, affect you statutory rights if the goods are faulty.
